Handbag Butler Warranty Policy

Handbag Butler offers a Lifetime Warranty against any manufacturer's defects for the life of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. In order to keep this warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions, additionally our handbag holders are not to be subject to carry any weight in excess of 10 kg. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

For warranty evaluation, send your product, with a legible copy of the original receipt to: Handbag Butler, PO Box 2326, Bondi Junction NSW 1355. All shipping to Warranty must be prepaid and insured. Enclose a check or money order for $5.00 AUD, made out to Handbag Butler for return shipping and handling to Australian address (For international addresses additional shipping fees will apply - Approx. $10. Please email for details: info@handbagbutler.com.au). Shipments received without payment enclosed for return shipping fees will not be returned. Handbag Butler cannot be liable for lost inbound packages.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty policy supersedes all previous warranty policies.

What does "Lifetime" mean?

Our products are covered under warranty, to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Product lifetime varies due to normal wear. The product's "lifetime" specifically refers to the life of the product, or at such a time that, through normal use, the product can no longer function for the specific purpose intended.

Is the normal wear and tear covered warranty?

We manufacture all of our products to meet our high standards. However, regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Handbag Butler product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. The Handbag Butler warranty covers defects in workmanship, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear.

Will my product by Handbag Butler be repaired or replaced?

If your product by Handbag Butler fails due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will repair or replace the item, free of charge. Please keep in mind that our warranty provides us with the option to repair first and replacement is not guaranteed. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it.
